At Naturbon, we are particular about customer service and because we know that you are excited to receive your products just as we are keen to please you we have the following steps:
- We ship all orders received before 1 pm GMT on weekdays the same day.
- If we receive your order after 1 pm GMT or over the weekend, we ship it the next working day
- All United Kingdom orders are shipped with 48HR tracked & insured delivery, which may take between 2 days to 4 days to receive due to the current COVID context.
- All European orders are shipped with 2-4 days priority delivery (you also have options for collection from your nearest store or parcel locker), which may take between 3 to 6 days to receive due to the current COVID context.
- All 'Rest of the World' orders are shipped with international priority delivery, which takes between 5 to 10 days depending on the country and any border delays.
We ship all orders above £35/€39 for FREE within Europe. And orders above £89/€100 for FREE Globally. You can still order below these amounts but you will be charged for shipping:
- £3.60/€3.99 for United Kingdom orders
- €6.99 for European orders
- £13.40/€15 for Rest of World orders
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an automated email at the email address you provided. Once the orders have been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Naturbon does not take any responsibility for paying charges for international customs for global customers. We do not have any control over the shipment once it leaves the EU region and the charges will be your responsibility. Please find out your country’s customs charges for orders. We do not refund orders that are returned because a customer did not or could not pay the customs fee for their package.
If your package did not find its way to you, please do let us know within 30 days of order placement. Each order has a tracking number which you can use to track your package. We will resend another order if the order can not be traced. Please be advised that we are not responsible for providing refunds if the address is incorrect or if the tracking information indicates that the order was delivered.
