Q: How can I determine which products are right for me?

A: We acknowledge that skincare is a very involving topic, so we have made your selection easier with our AI enabled skin match technology. Just answer a few questions and we will go through our extensive list of ingredients for each of our natural skincare and hair products to determine the perfect match for your skincare routine. If you are not satisfied, just send us an instant message and we will help you with a recommendation. We are waiting to hear from you.

 

Q: How do I store my products?

A: Since our natural skincare product line contain a number of organic ingredients, their shelf life is shorter compared to products that are chemically enhanced with toxic ingredients to last longer. Our natural offerings have between 12 months to 18 months as long as they are stored in a cool and dry place that is devoid of humidity. Cleansers and shampoos can be kept in the bathroom.

Q: How long will my package take to arrive?

A: Each order is packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in United Kingdom. Orders are shipped with priority both within Europe so it can be received either from next day (depending on when orders was placed) up to 7 (due to COVID context).. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about your order. We are focused on customer satisfaction so we would always strive to get your orders to you as quickly as you we can.

Q: How long before I can start seeing some results?

A: That depends on your skin type, the regularity of your beauty routine and your ultimate goal. We take painstaking measures to ensure our product line contains items that can suit a diverse range of skin and hair types. Depending on the products you choose, you can see results in as little as a few days or even 24 hours.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do our utmost best to ensure you never have to return a product at all, but please do let us know if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Please understand that personal grievances (such as an aversion to a product’s scent) do not apply under our return policy, since those are personal choices. but if yo made a mistake with the fragrance choice, we can exchange. Our aim is to ensure you can look forward to using our products and will make it right for you.

Q: Do you test on animals?

A: Absolutely not! All of the products 100% cruelly free. Rather we test on ourselves.

Q: The product I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

A: We try to keep our product line well-supplied as orders go out. If, however, you need a product that is out of stock, we can notify you when it is re-stocked. Please get in touch with us via sales@naturbon.com or our contact page.

Q: What form of payment options do you offer?

Q: Do you have chemical 'fillers' in your products?

A: We do not use any chemical fillers or parabens or SLS or nasties, most of our products are handmade with care and love. The ingredients are natural and organic and mainly formulated to be nutrient rich. This is why a little product goes a long way. Our products lasts longer than most of their chemical counterpart, a little does really go a long way.

Q: Are your products vegan friendly?

A: Yes almost all our products are vegan friendly apart from our beard & moustache balm that contains honey. We believe in the efficacy of plants and minerals. So we focus on sourcing for products that bring the power of plants and the earth to give us a youth looking skin.
